Hello Heroes and Villains!

A new update is just around the corner, introducing Lost & Found, the new Battle Pass season, new characters, Daily Leaderboard improvements, and more! The team has been hard at work polishing and adjusting the game to bring you a well-rounded and balanced gaming experience.

Characters:

NEW! Lost & Found Battle Pass

  • The new Battle Pass will be live on January 31st, bringing you a chance to unlock new characters, earn new rewards, and participate in exclusive limited-time events.

Coming in February 

  • Krypto – 4 Star Hero, Yellow, Disruptor character, part of the Superman Family
  • Superboy – 5 Star Hero, Blue, Amplifier character, part of the Superman Family

Character Balancing:

Since the Ranked Assault mode was released, we have enjoyed watching players discover creative combos for both attack and defense. Our main focus with this release is fixing issues and bringing more consistency to our games’ combat overall. We also hope to improve some of our newer additions to the roster and set the stage for our second Ranked Assault Season.

  • Supergirl
    • Passive now grants Heal over Time instead of Stealth buff to Superboy and Superman.
      • Old Effect: If that ally was Superman or Superboy, additionally grant Stealth buff to that ally for 3 turns.
      • New Effect: If that ally was Superman or Superboy, additionally grant Heal Over Time buff to that ally for 2 turns.
  • Harley Quinn Mad Love
    • Now cleanses Joker before cleansing the most afflicted ally.
      • Ensures that she always cleanses 2 allies when Joker is on the team and is the most afflicted.
  • Scarecrow
    • Increased Power Move Damage: 31% -> 49%
  • Bane
    • Increased Attack stat bonus from 3-5% to 5-10%
    • Increased max duration of buffs gained after falling below 33% from 5 to 6 turns
    • Re-ordered Power Move Upgrade Effects
  • Killer Croc
    • Increased Damage Over Time durations from Passive by 1 turn
  • Circe
    • Increased the amount of tiles needed to charge her Power Move: Speed 11 -> 13
    • Decreased Power Move Damage: 110% -> 97%
  • Two-Face
    • Decreased Power Move Damage: 80% -> 66% per hit
  • Ultra-Humanite
    • Decreased Power Move Damage: 74% -> 55%
  • Vandal Savage
    • Decreased Base Passive Healing from 2% per turn to 1% per turn
  • Enchantress
    • Decreased chance to grant an ally Heal over Time at the start of each turn from 25-100% to 10-40%
  • Amanda Waller
    • Reduced base Attack Up and Critical Up durations by 1 turn
    • Revised Power Move Upgrade Effects
    • Removed Heal Over Time duration upgrade
  • Gorilla Grodd
    • Increased the amount of tiles needed to charge his Power Move: Speed 14 -> 15
    • Increased Power Move Damage: 70% -> 75%
  • Artemis Grace
    • Increased the amount of tiles needed to charge her Power Move: Speed 12 -> 13
    • Increased Power Move Damage: 45% -> 49%
    • Decreased Defense Stat by ~6%
  • The Riddler
    • Passive text has been updated to specify that he converts a normal green tile into a special tile after using his Power Move
    • No longer possible to convert another special tile into a Horizontal Line, Vertical Line or Cross tile.
  • King Shark
    • Critical Hit reaction effect only triggers from his Power Move
    • Increased max chance to spawn Blue tiles from 33% to 60%
      • Old Effect: On Critical Hit, 15-33% chance for King Shark to sacrifice 5% of his HP to Convert 2 non-Blue Tiles into Blue Tiles.
      • New Effect: After landing a Critical Hit with his Power Move, 20-60% chance for King Shark to sacrifice 5% of his HP to Convert 2 non-Blue Tiles into Blue Tiles.
  • Aqualad
    • Critical Hit reaction effect only triggers from his Power Move
    • Max Attack Up duration increased from 2 turns to 5 turns
    • Revised Power Move Upgrade Effects
      • Old Effect: On Critical Hit, grant allies Attack Up buff for 1-2 turn(s).
      • New Effect: After landing a Critical Hit with his Power Move, grant allies Attack Up buff for 1-5 turn(s).
  • Martian Manhunter
    • Passive reaction effect is only triggered by dodging a Power Move now.
    • Passive Attack Down debuff duration extended from 2 to 6 turns.
    • Revised Power Move Upgrade Effects
      • Old Effect: Each time Martian Manhunter dodges, he has 40-100% chances to inflict Attack Down debuff (2 turns) on the attacker.
      • New Effect: Each time Martian Manhunter dodges a Power Move, he has 40-100% chances to inflict Attack Down debuff (6 turns) on the attacker.
  • Kryptonite Attack
    • Only Power Moves that specify “Kryptonite Attack” will trigger Kryptonite reactions
      • Tiles and Basic Attacks will no longer count as Kryptonite Attacks
    • Lex Corp Enemies now specify Kryptonite Attack in their Power Move description
  • Multi-Hit Attacks
    • Fixed bugs that caused inconsistencies with effects triggered by Blocking, Dodging, and/or landing Critical Hits when reacting to Multi-Hit Power Moves.
  • All Raid Bosses are now Immune to Vulnerability Debuff.
  • All Superman Bosses now inflict Anti-Heal Debuff.

  • Daily Leaderboard Improvements
    • Expanded rank brackets from 10 to 20 to provide a more balanced PvP experience and ensure a smoother progression for players to reach better rewards faster. In addition, matchmaking improvements are made to ensure you are competing against opponents within your skill range.
  • A new raid boss is coming soon, stay tuned for more information on our social channels.
  • Rewardable Videos
    • Out of energy and craving for more action? No worries! Now you can decide to watch a quick ad to instantly receive Campaign Energy for free. It’s like a power-up button for your adventures!
  • Store Revamp
    • Navigate through the latest deals, exclusive bundles, and gems packages – all in the Shop tab. No more hunting around; everything you crave is just a tap away!
    • No more squinting or second-guessing! Our improved readability ensures that every offer is presented in a way that’s easy on the eyes and even easier to understand.

Technical changes:

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the game from recovering from certain errors during battle when using Autoplay
  • Battle stability improvements
  • Improvements in-app behavior when experiencing poor network performance

Major bug fixes:

  • Battle
    • Fixed an issue where the wrong battle could be loaded
  • Characters
    • Wonder Woman’s power move now properly removes taunt in PvP matches
    • Matching gems while Lex Luthor is on the opposite team will no longer cause Superman’s passive ability to trigger
    • Aqualad now properly triggers his passive when performing a critical hit
    • Assist Attacks no longer deal more damage on the enemy and defense side
  • Ranked Assault
    • Fixed an issue when the device is left to sleep while the Ranked Assault popup is active and will no longer result in the popup being unopenable
    • Fixed an issue where there was a misconfiguration of Mid-Season rewards
    • Fixed an issue that would cause the PvP Assault loading screen to linger
    • Fixed an issue where the notification for the Prestige chest being full is now properly timed
    • Fixed an issue that would cause the matchmaking popup to not refresh on the first attempt
    • Fixed an issue where the Prestige chest will no longer glow when there is nothing to collect
    • Various UI fixes
