What is the DC Heroes & Villains Partner Program?

The DCHV Partner Program is designed to provide perks such as additional support, early access to exclusive information and game content, exclusive rewards, and more to our biggest content creators. Keep reading to learn how you can become part of the program.

What are the perks of the program?

All members of the program are legally required to publicly disclose that they are a content partner with Ludia/Jam City.

Be The First To Know!
As a DCHV Partner, you'll receive exclusive access to information before it becomes public. This includes release notes, community updates, and any other game-related news, giving you an edge in creating timely and relevant content for your audience.
Priority Support
Partners will have access to a dedicated support system via Discord, where you can directly ask questions, report bugs, and receive assistance from our team. This ensures a smoother and more efficient experience for you as a content creator.
Exclusive Rewards
To acknowledge your continued participation in the program, you'll receive unique in-game rewards. These rewards not only enhance your gaming experience but also showcase your commitment to the DCHV community.
Give Back To Your Community
Give back to your fanbase by offering them in-game rewards through Rewardable Links. These links can be easily shared within your content, allowing your fans to enjoy exclusive bonuses and strengthening your connection with them.
Your Opinion Matters
Your opinions and ideas matter to us. As a partner, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the DCHV team directly through surveys, test builds, and interviews to give the development team your feedback in order to make a better game.

Have a chance to try new updates and new features early with the help of developer builds that will be shared with all DCHV Partners before the official release.

Eligibility

To be eligible to join the DCHV Partner Program, creators will need to show interest and create content around DC Heroes & Villains on a regular basis.

Subscribers and viewership requirements may vary and are subject to change.

Below are minimum requirements needed to be considered for the DCHV Partner Program.

Must be at least 18 years of age and above
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. (Content Creators under 18 will require a guardian to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Must read our code of conduct and comply with all of our rules for the program.
Must have a minimum 500 YouTube subscribers, 1000 TikTok followers, with a minimum of 1-2 videos posted a month, or 1000 Twitch followers with a minimum of 20 concurrent viewers per stream.

Code of Conduct

All eligible partners are required to adhere to the following guidelines or risk losing their partnership status:

Do not post content that includes:

Inappropriate Content, Sexually Explicit, Vulgar, Discriminatory, or Offensive Language.
Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Religion, Politics, or other controversial subjects (including slogans and imagery).
Illegal Drugs and Alcohol (including references to vaping/smoking tobacco products).
Advertising, Solicitation, Begging, Auctioning, Raffling, Selling, or posting third party referral links in any Ludia related post (only referral links given by Ludia are permitted).
Please be aware of the content you post on your social media channels, as well as ensuring that your social media content does not break any guidelines.
Spam, hacks, and cheats (including phishing site links).
Moderated or copyrighted material.
Do not share private communication between you and community management/Ludia Employees, including private discord messages, emails, discussing disciplinary actions, and other interactions.
No harassment Including defamatory, personal attacks, threats of violence, real-life threats, sharing your own or others' personal real-life information, impersonating staff, trolling, and ongoing harassment.(No harassment! We reserve the right to reject or remove anyone from the program at any time.

Comply with the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy for both the mobile game and any associated platforms (such as Discord). Violations or encouragement of violations will be met with strict disciplinary action.

Breaking any rules from the Code of Conduct may result in the following consequences and depending on the severity of the infraction, may result in a permanent ban from the program:

Formal warning + meeting with Ludia / Jam City to discuss the infraction
1 Month removal of all DCHV Partner Program Perks.
Permanent removal of all DCHV Partner Program Perks for repeat offenders.

These rules are subject to updates and revisions as needed. Claiming ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse. We reserve the right to reject or remove anyone from the program at any time.

How can I apply for the DCHV Partner Program?
The application process for the DCHV Partner Program will be available on the official game website or through a direct invitation. You may need to provide information about your online presence, content, and interests.
I’ve applied to the Partner Program, when will I hear back?
We get a lot of applications that we need to take time to go through and review on a case by case basis. Only eligible creators will be contacted. You will receive an email from us on the next steps to become part of the Partner Program.
